Saturday's Adventures

Today was a wild day.

We started by going to the handicapped orphanage, which was an emotionally conflicting experience. On one hand, this is a place that should not in any world have to exist, on the other hand, this place does exist, and prevents many disabled children from having a horrible life. The hardest part was leaving.

We were super blessed to have great translators, who smiled through every interaction (despite one having kidney stones.) this was a super fun and rewarding day, but with the fun came a reminder that the world is not all sunshine and rainbows.

    All children are created in God’s own image (Gen. 1:27)… but what an eye-openin’, heart-wrenchin’ experience to see some precious l’il ones who are so unfortunate in their circumstances & placements > & not @ home, with a lovin’ family! What a blessin’ you all are by being the hands & feet of Christ & sharin’ His love with them!!!!!
